I've been a customer of Sixteen Ounce for about 5-6 months now, and I've been really pleased with the service. They're always very attentive to my tastes and accommodating to my requests. The food tastes great and they've been pivotal in helping me reach my health and fitness goals. I feel energized and happy. The customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to maximize their efficiency by leaving the cooking to the professionals, while spending time on the things that truly matter in your life, be it work, time with family, etc.

My first order was delicious! I have been looking for a meal delivery service for months, and was so excited when I came across sixteen oz. They have a really great variety of meals for someone like me who gets bored very easily. My husband and I have been a little more relaxed and stress free knowing we are able to eat healthy but tasty meals while having such busy schedules. I was nervous that the meals would be bland and repetitive but the way they arranged our meals was perfect! I'll definitely be ordering again!

Delicious food for delicious people! As someone who’s always on the go, this meal prep service hits all the dietary plans I need. As a fitness enthusiast, it’s the perfect amount of protein, carbs and portion size to always keep me going. Conveniently packed, and doesn’t get thrown around in the box when I’m travelling from place to place (which I found a huge problem with a lot of meal prep services).

WOW I’ve tried so many different meal delivery services and sixteen ounce nails it when it comes to taste, portion sizes, variety and convenience. I asked for “extra sauce” and they made it extra saucy for me proving that they treat every individual order with love and care. The meals literally look and taste like art! Will definitely order from them again :)

This is one of the best experience with meal prepping. The ingredients are so fresh, and its so easy to navigate when it comes to ordering what I prefer. From everything you'd want to avoid, to filling your body with fuel. This is the best place to order.

I really enjoyed my meals with Sixteenoz. I wasn’t sure what to expect with asking for pescatarian and gluten free meals but there was still so much variety! And they had more veggies that just cauliflower and broccoli which was really refreshing! I also feel like they give more protein than other meals because I was really full! I’d be curious to get the macro breakdown. I’ve tried a lot of meal preps in the GTA and this is now one of my favourites! Curious to see what their plant based meals are like and their snacks! Wish their meat was halal because I’d be all over that too!
